Hello friends,
It’s my birthday tomorrow, March 17. The good Lord has indeed been faithful to me all these years and I just can’t thank Him enough. Well, I’ve been brainstorming for a while now what I’ll be doing come tomorrow. I sure will have a quiet offline mini-celebration for friends and folks here in Port Harcourt, but what happens to all my pals across the world who have been visiting, commenting, and voting on my blog? An offline party wouldn’t be fair to everyone, right? Don’t worry, that problem has a solution.
So, here’s what I have decided to do:
1) At exactly 0000hrs, March 17, 2009 (barely 11 hours from now) I’ll start uploading lots and lots of hot freebies on my site (ebooks, audios and perhaps videos). Sincere apologies to those who have been visiting my Free Downloads Link and found nothing there. That season is over. Come tomorrow, you’ll find loads of change-provoking free downloads. And that’s exactly what they are, FREEBIES, no hidden charges. One thing you should know though, these freebies have changed many lives, and they can change yours too.
2) I’ll be hosting an online conference on Yahoo Messenger (I believe almost everyone has a Yahoo ID). Here’s the topic for discussion. NIGERIANS – IT’S TIME FOR A REVOLUTION!!! I will give out my Yahoo ID for this conference at midnight, all things being equal OR I will install a Chat Widget on my blog and if that works, that’s what we will use. I believe this will be a great opportunity for everyone of us to have a voice in this movement for change. It will be hot and sizzling, I promise you. So, for the purpose of convenience, I will host a morning session between 10am – 12noon and an afternoon session from 3pm – 5pm. I hope this will allow as many people as possible to be part of the conference.
3) I guess this is the biggest of them all. This is where you can benefit immensely from the ongoing success of my blog. It’s called Piggybacking. I am opening up a new page on my site, which I’ll call “Solution Providers”. This will be a marketplace for all individuals, companies, corporate bodies, Non-governmental organisations etc who are providing solutions to one problem or the other. Here’s what I am offering you – putting up your link (online or offline) on my site so you can benefit from the massive traffic visiting my blog day-in, day-out from all across the world (you can see the Recent Visitors Map) to your right. So, if you are a Solution Provider, in whatever endeavour, this is your opportunity to get worldwide publicity at no cost.
